About me

I am a fourth year undergraduate studying mathematics at UCSD. My undergraduate advisor at UCSD is Professor Dragos Oprea. I am originally from Houston, Texas. This photo was taken of me in January, 2024.

This summer, I will be attending the 2024 PCMI Graduate Summer School program. In the fall, I will be starting a PhD in mathematics at UIUC.

Interests

My primary mathematical interests are homotopy theory, algebraic geometry, and the intersection of the two fields. I also enjoy category theory and analysis.

Besides doing math, some of my hobbies include travelling, singing, and playing video games. I sing in the choir at St. James by-the-Sea Episcopal Church in La Jolla.
